Anyone for Cocktails … Chicago 1951

This little number is called The Chicago 1951named because it won the 1951 Chicago Show cocktail prize.

The magic is worked thus:

3 olives stuffed with anchovies
30mls Cointreau
60mls Bombay Sapphire
15mls Noilly Pratt dry vermouth
Chill a Grande Martini Glass with iced water
In a cocktail shaker pour Cointreau & Gin over lots of ice
Shake vigorously
Empty iced water from glass
Add vermouth and swirl coating the inside
Strain Cointreau & Gin into glass
Add olives

Drink … and be very happy.Cheers!
