Sid Sidebottom

A warm 1951 Club welcome to Australian politician Sid Sidebottom.
Born in Hobart, Sid is MP Federal Member for the Division of Braddon, Tasmania.

He is also Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.

  1. ‘It was a very good year in 1951!’ Braddon is the name of the electorate that I represent but briefly: the area or region is the NW/West of the Island of Tasmania. It is a remarkably beautiful place, fertile of soil, and with bountiful seas. It is a wealth-creating region in terms of agriculture, forestry, fishing, manufacturing, and tourism with massive potential for dairy expansion. A beautiful place with beautiful people.
