A warm 1951 Club welcome to British comedian Stu Francis. Stu was born in 1951 and raised in Bolton, Lancashire. Whilst still in his teens he started as a comedian in the holiday camps and soon progressed to the clubs, cabaret, theatres and finally television. He made great in-roads on T.V. with appearances on The Comedians, Live at Her Majesties and Seaside Special plus many others.

He is still very well known for his appearances back in the 80s as the lead presenter on the nation’s favourite T.V. show Crackerjack where his co-host was Basil Brush. Everybody remembers his saying … Ooh, I could crush a grape. Stu is still saying it today as he is very much in demand as a stand- up comic and entertainer. Good on you Stu.
