The 1951 Rolling Review Show … # 168

Welcome to the 1951 Rolling Review Show which features pieces of music I have enjoyed at some time in my life. I hope you enjoy them as well. Let me know if you do. Sometimes I feel that each song here is a little personal voyage for me on a vast and beautiful ocean of musical memories. Thank you so much for joining me. I really appreciate your company.

“Whrerewithal” – Clifford T. Ward

Wherewithal” is a single from the 1973 album Home Thoughts by the brilliant English singer-songwriter Clifford T. Ward (1944-2001)

In 1987, Ward was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). He continued to record and write songs while living at home, cared for by his wife. He recorded his eleventh and what would be his last new album, Julia and Other New Stories, crawling on all fours into his home-based recording studio to finish it. He passed away in 2001.
